1.The series is run over 5 events.

2. Points scored are race points not age group points.i.e if you are a vet 40 and finish 89th in the Stamford race but 2nd in your age group your score will be 89.

3.The best three results will score.

4.If there is a conflict over prizes because of group placings the best prize will be awarded.ie if a Lady Vet 40 is first lady overaIl she will receive the First overall prize not the First LV40 prize.

Also if for example a Male Vet 55 beats all the Male vet 40s he will receive that prize leaving a vacancy in his own age group for another entrant to take advantage of.

5.A specially commissioned T-Shirt to all entrants taking part in three races.

6.-5k- Each event will attract on the night a £10 voucher for the first Man and First Woman

   3k-Each event will attract on the night a £5 voucher for the first boy and first girl

Series Prizes

Men-First £35,Second £25,third £15.

First place in the following categories:U17 and U20,Vets 40,45,50,55,60,65,70 all £15.Second place in these categories will receive £10.Third place £5.

Women-First £35,Second £25,third£15.

First Place in the following categories :U17 and U20,Vets 35,40,45,50,55,60 all £15,Second place in these categories will receive £10,Third place £5.

Juniors(3k)-Boys under 13 and under 15 First Place £15.Second place £10.Third £5.

                  Girls under 13 and under 15 First Place £15.Second place £10.Third £5.

All races are on Wednesdays.

Entries on the night only.

3K Junior race starts at 7.00pm

5K Senior race starts 7.30pm
